WELCOME TO MY WEB PAGE!
I am an avid waterfowl hunter, From mid October till January
you will find me on the weekends in the duck blind or goose pit with
my son and yellow Labrador Retriever Zeuss. My favorite words to hear in the fall and winter are "take em." I also enjoy hunting pheasants,
quail and deer and in the spring enjoy fishing in many of the lakes
in Southwest Nebraska. I have a love/hate relationship with the Chicago
Cubs and enjoy reading and working on computers.
My wife Colleen and I have been married 22 Years. We have
2 children. Lauren is a Junior at the University of Nebraska at Kearney
majoring in Elementary Education and our son Eric is a Junior at McCook High School.
When I am not Hunting or fishing I am teaching at McCook
Public Schools. I teach in the Business Department and my teaching duties
include teaching Computer Applications, Web Design and Introduction to
Business. I coach freshman football with my hunting partner Bill Beckenhauer
and also coach 8th grade boys basketball and am the pole vault coach for
the boys and girls Varsity track teams. I am a Graduate of Kearney State
College with a degree in Business. This is currently my 21st year in education.
My teaching experience includes stops at: Rushville High School--1985
to 1987, Neligh-Oakdale High School--1988 to 2001, and McCook High School--2002
to Present.
